Shipping policy

Orders over $150 and shipping is on us!

Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.

After ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email from Shopify and Old Fashioned Online with your order details.

Old Fashioned Online ships all orders from our shop in Newtown using Australia Post. We endeavour to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate of $12.50 for all orders under $150 to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and TAS.

We, unfortunately, do not ship outside Australia.

Delivery time will vary between 4 and 14 business days (two to ten business days to most Australian cities, and two to fourteen business days for rural and regional areas).

Delivery to;

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra 4 to 7 business days;
  
• Adelaide and Hobart 5 to 10 business days,
  
• Perth 9 to 14 business days.
  

Deliveries are normally carried out between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left to advise re-delivery options.

Please note that in extreme weather conditions delivery may take a little longer. Other unprecedented events such as the Covid pandemic or the yearly Black Friday sales may also lead to shipping delays which we, unfortunately, have minimal control over.
